  • Ordering

           Once you register and create an order, an order id gets generated. You will receive a mail from cartjini.com confirming your order.

This order copy is required to be retained by customer till the product is delivered. Even in case of return request or replacement request, quoting order number and

order date is mandatory within 24hrs of the receipt of the product requested by buyer.

 

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

                     Payments can be made via credit cards/ debit cards. We accept ticket restaurant swipe cards too. You can convert all payments made via credit cards into

                     EASY EMI options

  • Viewing Orders

           The customer upon placing the order can view the order from my account at any point of time.  A copy of the order upon placement of the order is mailed to the

           customer once the order processing is completed successfully for the customer's reference. Request to keep this mail for all correspondences till the product

           delivery stage.

This copy is also required in case you wish to initiate partial returns when multiple products are purchased.

  • Updating Account Information

The customer is free to update his/her account details at any point in time after logging into my account. To log into my account, its mandatory that the customer

registers on the website.
